Our company is engaged in creating efficient and user-friendly production lines that save space. In assembly processing, the arrangement of parts for manufacturing products and the layout of workstations (work processes) can lead to significant differences in manufacturing costs. Currently, we are leveraging the "flow of materials" cultivated through our assembly processing work and aiming to reduce the placement of work-in-progress and delivery boxes within the process using TPS (Toyota Production System).
