We are pleased to announce that our company will be launching a data logger system (LOG specification) for the "Power Torque Setter" series of air-operated nut runners.
basic information
This is a system that saves various data tightened with a power torque setter into a dedicated data cartridge and transfers the data to your computer via a P/C adapter. The main features are: ○ The data cartridge is compact, lightweight, and very convenient to carry, ○ You can set an ID number to manage up to 20 workpieces, preventing mixing with different tightening data, ○ It allows for count management settings, ○ It notifies you of completion or errors with a built-in buzzer, ○ The data management software can reproduce torque waveforms on the screen, ○ Tightening data can be converted to Excel files, etc.
