[Construction Example] Cooker Installation and Lifting Work to the Second Floor
Introducing a case where we prioritized safety during the delivery, lifting, and installation of a large cooker, despite having limited delivery routes and existing equipment.
Prevent troubles caused by "existing piping obstructing delivery" during equipment updates! Based on on-site surveys, we planned the delivery route and lifting procedures, and implemented outdoor crane delivery, position adjustments within the factory, and lifting to the second floor using chain blocks. 【Recommended for the following issues】 ◆ Delivery routes cannot be established due to proximity of existing equipment, piping, and control panels ◆ Lifting to the second-floor installation location is necessary ◆ Consideration of high-altitude work and coordination with the building side is required, necessitating a balance between safety and construction sequence For more details on the case study, please check the catalog download. For inquiries about delivery conditions, on-site surveys, or details of past plant construction cases, feel free to "contact us via the web."

Applications/Examples of results
In manufacturing plants for chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and metal surface treatment, it is utilized in the renewal of acid and alkali exhaust treatment fans, local exhaust blowers, and dust collection and deodorization blower rooms. It is suitable for congested yards where the installation position of cranes is limited and for plants that want to safely complete equipment updates in a short period while operating other lines.
