Velcro® (Positioning Type)
It doesn't stick just by touching; fine adjustments in position are possible! It can be easily and strongly fixed just by pushing it in.
We would like to introduce the positioning type of "Velcro" that we handle. This product combines hooks with a special shape and loops arranged in high density for use. Generally, hook-and-loop fasteners engage simply by the hooks and loops touching each other, but this product does not engage just by lightly touching the loop surface with the hook. Instead, it allows for sliding to adjust the position, and once the position is set, the hook can be pressed in and embedded in the loop to activate the engagement function. Once engaged, the hook has a shape that makes it difficult to pull out, providing high engagement strength. Therefore, it can easily secure objects compared to using screws, bolts, or nuts, making it a product increasingly adopted for applications that aim to simplify production processes.
