Published the electrical characteristics graph of the piezo sensor (PVDF polymer piezoelectric)!

A piezo sensor is a sensor developed using piezoelectric films that generate electric charge when stimulated mechanically or thermally. We are pleased to share the electrical characteristics graph of such piezo sensors! basic information

Piezo film is a polymer piezoelectric and pyroelectric film developed using KF polymer, a vinylidene fluoride resin, by Kureha Corporation. Its features are: 1. Being a polymer film, it is thin, light, and flexible. ⇒ We offer four thicknesses: 28μm, 40μm, 80μm, and 110μm. 2. Compared to inorganic piezoelectric materials, it has a low relative permittivity (ε’=13), demonstrating a high piezoelectric g constant (g31= 0.22 Vm/N). ⇒ This makes it suitable for sensor applications. 3. The acoustic impedance is close to that of water. ⇒ It is suitable for hydrophones and ultrasonic probes. 4. It does not exhibit strong resonance, meaning it has a small Q value, resulting in a wide response frequency range. ⇒ This is suitable for applications such as acoustic sensors where signal waveform is important.
