Tsukuba Die Casting Industry Co., Ltd. Miyagi Factory

From the design and manufacturing of molds for die-cast products to casting, machining, surface treatment, painting, and assembly.

We produce die-cast products using aluminum and magnesium alloys at our three domestic factories (Saitama, Iwate, Miyagi), handling everything from mold design and manufacturing to casting, machining, surface treatment, painting, and assembly in a consistent manner. We also have three factories in Vietnam that carry out similar production as in Japan. At the Miyagi factory, we use die-casting machines ranging from 100 to 1,250 tons to manufacture lightweight and ultra-thin magnesium computer parts, professional video camera components, automotive equipment products, and robot parts. We are constantly striving to deepen and improve our technology and quality to accommodate a wide range of future products and components. Corporate PR (Sales Points and Highlighted Technologies) At the heart of our manufacturing lies customer satisfaction. To meet our customers' demands and ensure their satisfaction, we are committed to continuously developing new technologies both domestically and internationally. As a company and as employees, we adhere to laws, social norms, and internal regulations, and we conduct our business activities with integrity.
