Our company owns its own board assembly equipment such as mount machines and reflow ovens, allowing us to consistently handle the entire manufacturing process from parts procurement to production and adjustment inspection. For parts procurement, we primarily purchase from first-tier distributors to implement cost reduction for components. We also directly source from overseas as needed. In production, we can accommodate board assembly for small boards up to a maximum size of 510mm x 460mm, with lot sizes ranging from a few pieces to several thousand boards. We can handle various assembly wiring, from a single cable to wiring within large enclosures, including mixed wiring for power lines and signal lines. In adjustment inspection, we have established inspection jigs and procedures, conducting functional tests on all units. With the relocation of our factory, we have expanded our manufacturing equipment, significantly improving production efficiency.
