High-Speed Motion Recorder for the Beverage Industry: 'RekamoMA'
Scientifically analyze labeling position shifts. Visualize production line issues with a high-speed camera.
In the beverage industry’s manufacturing lines, accurate labeling of products flowing at high speeds is essential. In particular, misalignment of labels directly affects the visual quality of the products, making it crucial to identify the causes and implement swift countermeasures. However, due to the high-speed operation, visual confirmation is difficult, and investigating the causes requires significant labor, which poses a challenge. Our "RekamoMA" supports problem-solving through a scientific approach based on data by synchronously recording high-speed camera footage and waveform data, ensuring that even momentary defects are not overlooked. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Recording the moment of label misalignment during the labeling process - Observing the behavior of workpieces during high-speed transport - Continuous imaging from just before an error occurs until recovery 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Rapid identification of causes of defects in high-speed operations that are difficult to confirm visually - Liberation from constant monitoring of equipment, alleviating labor shortages - Contribution to reducing downtime through data-driven countermeasures

The definition of "happiness" varies from person to person. We grow as individuals through our work. As a result, or in the process, we aim to create happiness for those around us. The joy of "making those around us happy" connects to our own happiness. Like the majority of companies, we are a company that wishes for people to be happy. Our management philosophy is "Let's do work that resonates in the heart!" We contribute to the healthy development of society through software creation. We are an enthusiastic company striving to do great work together with more colleagues. No matter how wonderful the success someone has achieved, there is not a single thing they accomplished entirely on their own. Everything is built upon the knowledge, wisdom, and experiences of those who came before us. Gratitude arises from the history of accumulation. If that is the case, we believe it is our natural duty to give back to society through our work.
