Achieving an automatic chip and cutting oil recovery robot system through the combination of Anlet's push-pull type Roots recovery machine and handling robot. This is an automatic chip and cutting oil recovery robot system proposed by Kyoni Corporation. It combines Anlet's push & pull type Roots recovery machine (cyclone + Roots blower) with a handling robot from Fujikoshi. (Robots from other manufacturers can also be accommodated.) The system powerfully suctions chips and cutting oil that accumulate in deep holes of automotive and transport engine parts using a recovery device attached to the robot hand, automating processes that were previously done manually and preventing the scattering of chips and oil.
