This is an automated robot system that combines a 20kg portable 6-axis robot and transport system manufactured by Nittokyo with a cleaning machine. Previously, the transportation of gear workpieces and cleaning operations in the shaving process were performed manually by skilled workers. However, with the introduction of this system, we have achieved a reduction in work time and the elimination of human errors such as dents.
