Contract processing service - ceramic green sheet

We offer contract processing services for the core technology of manufacturing thin ceramic substrates, known as "green sheet coating and molding."

Information on Contracted Services Our company, a "ceramics substrate specialized manufacturer" with an in-house integrated processing process from material mixing, sheet coating, firing, to circuit printing, offers contracted processing services utilizing our long-developed foundational technologies for thin ceramic substrate manufacturing, namely "green sheet coating and molding technology" and "high-temperature stable sintering technology." We look forward to your inquiries.

basic information

About Green Sheet Coating and Molding In our manufacturing process for thin ceramic substrates, we coat a mixture of ceramic materials and binder materials into sheet form using the "thin coating method (doctor blade method)." The dried state of this sheet is referred to as a "green sheet." Since the green sheet is soft and in sheet form before sintering, it has a texture similar to "chewing gum." Therefore, it is relatively easy to perform slitting and mold processing while in the green sheet state. We offer a variety of processing services unique to our company, which has a consistent processing process that includes green sheet coating. Please feel free to consult with us.

Service details for green sheet coating and molding Sheet thickness: 0.05 to 1.0 mm *Please consult us for thicknesses below 0.05 mm and above 1.0 mm. Sheet width: Maximum 280 mm (prototype uses testing equipment) *We will consult you regarding the equipment and sheet width for mass production. We can accommodate both "oxide-based" and "nitride-based" coating raw materials. We request that raw materials be supplied by the customer. The composition information for slurry and sheet molding conditions will follow the customer's recipe. (We will adjust according to our equipment conditions based on manufacturing conditions.) Please consult us regarding the types of applicable solvents and binders. Also, please consult us about shape processing and mold processing after sheet coating.
