Thick film printed circuits for electronic component applications Capable of fine circuit printing Unique uniform film formation technology in through-holes Our alumina double-sided circuit boards enable the formation of connections between front and back patterns through our unique through-hole manufacturing technology. Previously, embedding conductors in through-holes was considered difficult due to the shrinkage of conductors during firing. However, we have independently developed a paste that controls firing shrinkage and an optimal process, allowing us to supply alumina printed circuit boards with a via structure filled with conductive paste in the through-holes.

By leveraging sheet molding technology, we eliminate the need for molds required for laminated integral molding using high-temperature co-fired ceramics (HTCC), significantly increasing design flexibility. Additionally, by incorporating a segmented structure through mold forming, we facilitate the processing steps in the post-packaging phase. Furthermore, by applying high-reflective materials using printing technology, we achieve functionality as a high-efficiency reflector.
