Although it is a small brush, we wanted to ensure it has a substantial amount of bristles. Here, we introduce a case where we devised and manufactured a solution to meet such requests. Since the maximum outer diameter is only Φ40, we addressed this with a double arrangement of Φ40 and Φ34 using a #3 channel. However, the center exceeds the limit for bending processing, so we used a straight brush for that part, utilizing a #5 channel.
