In die casting sites, aluminum powder and release agents tend to accumulate around the mold and spray equipment, making regular cleaning essential. However, due to the high temperatures of the molds and surrounding areas, it is necessary to wait for cooling before cleaning, which can lead to decreased work efficiency and increased setup time. Kyoshin Giken's heat-resistant brush can be used for cleaning while still in a high-temperature state, significantly reducing cooling wait times. The bristle materials can be selected according to application, with PPS rated for 200°C and Corenex rated for 270°C. Both materials offer excellent heat resistance, allowing for optimal specifications designed to match the temperature conditions of die casting molds.
