This product is a channel brush designed to seal the gaps in the sliding parts of machine tools. The channel material can be selected from steel or stainless steel, and it can be processed to fit the shape of the installation area, including straight, bent, angled, and R-shaped configurations. The bristle materials primarily consist of nylon, PP (polypropylene), and metal wire, and the optimal combination is selected based on the usage environment, such as the size and shape of chips and the presence of coolant. The standard channel width is 3 to 6 mm, and the bristle length can accommodate 10 to 100 mm. Custom specifications, such as end processing and mounting hole machining, are also available, making it suitable for replacing existing machines or for prototyping.
