[Notice] We have made an investment in the latest Aizawa-manufactured press brake!
In manufacturing, we don't immediately create molds for mass production; instead, we first produce a few prototypes, typically around 100. What we need for this is the press brake. It is a sheet metal machine used to bend thin sheet metal materials. The features of this machine include high repeatability precision, fine adjustment mechanisms that can be tailored to the product, easy clamp for one-touch mold attachment, quick change, CAD/CAM integration, and the capability for internet connectivity for IoT use! Trust Kyo-Wa Hearts not only for mass-produced items but also for prototypes!

Introduction Materials [Solve Your Metal Processing Problems in One Shot!] Notice of the Flow from Application to Mold Production and Mass Production
"What are the functions of the parts required by the customer?" "Where is precision truly needed?" We will ask the customer's design representatives these questions, and our sales representatives will propose and consult on the machining characteristics and limits of the materials to be processed. We will make suggestions based on our predictions of potential issues, ensuring that we can provide parts that meet the necessary functions and precision at reasonable mold and product prices. Additionally, we will gather information necessary for the estimate, such as the total expected production quantity (guaranteed shots for the mold), before submitting the estimate.

Notice of free distribution: Know-how for product creation using stainless steel as a leaf spring.
This time, our company's technical advisor has put a lot of passion into this hot document! This technical material is a must-read for all our employees. Our in-house technical advisor is an expert in metal materials. Can you answer why we use SUS301 or SUS304 for product materials? It's a basic question, but the stainless steel used for springs is primarily SUS304 or SUS301 steel, which has chromium added as a base and further nickel added. The addition of nickel also enhances corrosion resistance. Nickel provides strength and ductility. Even though it is annealed material, it can be considered a level of high-tensile steel plate. You might be thinking, "Well, as long as Kyo-Wa Hearts knows that, it's fine." However, I believe that everyone reading this is eager to learn, so please feel free to download it.

Announcement of the original material "Important Considerations for IoT Implementation in Small and Medium Enterprises (IoT Practical Course 1)"!
The introduction of IoT in small and medium-sized enterprises is often carried out in a top-down manner. What is the original purpose of IoT implementation? According to a 2019 survey (MM Research Institute), the IoT adoption rate for small and medium-sized enterprises with fewer than 100 employees is only 9.5%. Furthermore, a 2018 survey by Nikkei Computer found that although many companies have implemented IoT, the success rate of these systems is only 52.8%. This suggests that many companies are adopting IoT in a top-down manner, and it seems that it is not being utilized effectively. While a top-down approach is not inherently bad, the original purpose of IoT implementation is to enhance productivity on the ground, innovate management, and lead to customer satisfaction. Without fostering IT literacy among frontline employees and a willingness to improve the workplace, it is quite challenging to establish and utilize IoT effectively. To those considering IoT implementation, why not adopt our original IoT system that starts small and expands according to your capabilities? For more details, please download the materials and take a look. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
