The "Rubel Disc Master S220" is a deburring machine designed for small parts, allowing for the loading and unloading of workpieces by a single operator without the need for a return conveyor. It can easily attach suitable discs, such as CER discs (grit sizes 60, 80, 120) for removing hard burrs like laser dross and spatter, and polishing fiber pads (grit sizes 100, 240) suitable for iron and aluminum, using Velcro.
