A case where stable measurements with minimal temperature influence were achieved using a secondary measurement method.

We would like to introduce a case in the water and gas piping joint industry where a leak tester enabled stable measurements and reduced measurement time. As background, stable measurements could not be achieved due to the temperature difference between the workpiece and the master. Additionally, it was necessary to change the master volume depending on the workpiece, making changeovers quite challenging. By using a secondary measurement method, we achieved stable measurements with minimal temperature influence. As a result, it became possible to shorten changeover time and reduce measurement time through multiple part handling.
