Construction of the product (granulated product) transport line at a certain fertilizer factory in Aomori Prefecture Supplied equipment: 1 pivot conveyor (SPS-9S type) (belt conveyor, pivot conveyor, vibrating screen, dust discharge screw conveyor) Background leading to the introduction: We received a consultation from the customer regarding frequent breakage of the transported items (granulated products) and visited the site for an investigation. Upon checking the site, we found that the existing line used air transport to convey the products to the storage tank, so we proposed a change in the transport method. Proposal details: Dryer → Rotary valve → Belt conveyor → Pivot conveyor → Vibrating screen → Product storage tank (dust discharge screw conveyor) During the operation inspection, the customer expressed satisfaction as there were no longer any breakages of the transported items.
