Cut the heat that transfers from the roof to the interior! Reflect the heat under the roof.

Construction under the folded plate roof" | "Folded plate roof (constructed from below the roof)

The radiant heat emitted from the folded plate roof is significantly reduced by the reflection of the radiant heat by the inner thermal barrier S. This results in a lower perceived temperature. A lightweight steel frame is constructed under the folded plate roof, and the thermal barrier S (non-combustible certified product) is installed onto the lightweight steel frame using tapping screws. *Working at heights or the installation of rolling scaffolding is a requirement.

Details of the construction under the folded roof are here!

By using thermobarriers on the roofs and walls of houses and factories, it is possible to suppress the rise in building temperature caused by the radiant heat of the summer sun and lower the perceived temperature. This makes it possible to reduce the use of air conditioning. Thermobarriers are also effective in winter. In winter, indoor temperatures tend to escape outside. Since thermobarriers reflect the radiant heat generated indoors back into the room, they help prevent a drop in indoor temperatures. Utilizing this function, thermobarriers play a very important role in achieving "cool in summer and warm in winter" easily and affordably.
