It only allows the execution of programs that have been pre-registered on the list, while denying the execution of any other programs. Additionally, it checks the hash values at runtime, thereby rejecting the execution of tampered programs. It uses standard features of the Linux kernel to detect program execution, so no additional libraries are required.
