LONGi announced the "Climate Change Mitigation White Paper" and the first "TNFD Report" at COP30.
LONGi, a company that globally deploys solar power generation technology, announced the "2024-2025 Climate Change Mitigation White Paper" and its first TNFD (Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures) report at COP30 (the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties) held in Belém, Brazil. This white paper organizes efforts for decarbonization and medium- to long-term strategies across the entire value chain, from research and development to manufacturing, logistics, and product use. LONGi has set a medium-term goal of reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 60% compared to 2020 levels and reducing Scope 3 emissions per unit by 52% by 2030, positioning the achievement of net zero by 2050 as a long-term goal. Additionally, the TNFD report, which is being published for the first time, analyzes the relationship with natural capital such as forests, water resources, and biodiversity based on the LEAP approach. It clearly states its commitment to reflecting nature-related risks and opportunities in management strategies and governance. LONGi aims to continue balancing climate change measures and nature conservation, contributing to the realization of a sustainable energy society.

LONGi has been awarded "Overall Highest Achiever" for seven consecutive years by RETC.
In 2025, the prestigious U.S. testing and certification organization RETC (Renewable Energy Test Center) announced the "2025 PV Module Index Report," awarding LONGi the "Overall Highest Achiever" title for the seventh consecutive year. This award is given only to companies that have achieved outstanding ratings in all three areas of reliability, performance, and manufacturing quality. RETC's tests are conducted under stringent standards that exceed IEC specifications and are applied to major module products worldwide. Of the products evaluated this year, only 13% met the standards, but LONGi excelled in each category. In reliability testing, it received high ratings for damp heat (DH), PID, temperature cycling (TC), and mechanical load (SDML). In performance testing, it recorded top-class results in LETID, LID, temperature coefficients, and PAN file performance. LONGi's seven consecutive awards demonstrate its leadership in product development, manufacturing, and quality control, reaffirming its role as a driving force in the high-quality development of the global solar industry.

LONGi and KiwaPVEL have been certified as "Top Performers" for eight consecutive years.
In June 2025, LONGi was recognized as a "Top Performer" for the eighth consecutive year in the "2025 PV Module Reliability Scorecard" announced by KiwaPVEL. KiwaPVEL is a globally recognized independent testing organization, and this certification demonstrates the highest standards of product reliability and performance in the industry. This time, LONGi achieved excellent results in all tests, including Temperature Cycle Test (TC), Dynamic Mechanical Load (MSS), PID Test, Light-Induced Degradation and High-Temperature Induced Degradation Tests (LID + LETID), and PAN file performance evaluation. Notably, in 2025, only 21 products worldwide were selected as "Top Performers" across all tests, and only 3 products were chosen for PAN performance, with LONGi being one of them. This achievement reflects LONGi's continuous improvement in technological innovation and manufacturing quality, and it is a testament to its commitment to providing more stable, high-efficiency, and sustainable solar solutions to customers around the world.

LONGi, Jiaxing factory, awarded the "Climate Lighthouse Factory Model Award."
LONGi has been recognized as the first in the solar power industry to achieve the "Lighthouse Factory + Zero Carbon Factory" certification at the "Shanghai Climate Week 2025" to be held in April 2025, with its Jiaxing factory in Zhejiang Province, China, receiving the "Climate Lighthouse 2025 Model Award." In addition to the WEF's "Lighthouse Factory" certification, the factory has also obtained carbon-neutral certification based on ISO 14068. By utilizing automation, IIoT, big data, and 5G technology, it has advanced production and achieved decarbonization through the use of renewable energy and carbon credits. This has established a smart and sustainable manufacturing model that involves the entire supply chain, with expectations for spillover effects into other industries. Furthermore, the Jiaxing factory promotes the use of renewable energy through the installation of rooftop solar power facilities and the utilization of Green Energy Certificates (GEC). With advanced energy management and environmentally conscious operations, it has set a new standard for decarbonized factories that combine practicality and sustainability. Moving forward, LONGi will continue to advance technological innovation and the practice of social responsibility as a global leader balancing responses to climate change and the construction of sustainable industries.
