TAG-modified microbeads MagPlex-TAG

Magnetic microbeads with TAG sequences on the surface easily design nucleic acid microbead arrays.

Unique 24-base DNA sequence anti-TAG is covalently bonded to the surface of MagPlex-TAG microspheres. By adding a complementary TAG sequence to the primers or probes of the target nucleic acid sequence, custom bead arrays can be created. Luminex microbeads are widely used in various xMAP bioassay systems. MagPlex-TAG is prepared at a concentration of 2.5 x 10^6 beads/mL and is provided in a 1 mL volume.
