MagPlex Monitoring Microspheres are magnetic polystyrene beads that help monitor the performance of assays and systems. By using MagPlex Monitoring Microspheres, you can investigate factors that affect the target fluorescence values, such as system variability and user errors. There are two types of MagPlex Monitoring Microspheres: the MagPlex RP1 Monitor, which emits fluorescence detected by the RP1 channel of all xMAP systems, and the MagPlex RP2 Monitor, which emits fluorescence detected by the RP2 channel of the xMAP INTELLIFLEX DR-SE system.
