Defoaming machine
Continuously remove bubbles in the liquid that cause defects in the product under vacuum conditions.
● Continuous Degassing Method It can be connected inline and allows for continuous degassing operation in a sealed environment. ● One Unit Multi-Effect Achieves various effects such as thin film effect, miniaturization effect, crushing effect, and degassing effect all in one unit. ● Excellent QC Can remove fine bubbles, enabling high-quality management and efficient production. ● Wide Viscosity Range Compatibility Design can be tailored to production equipment for low to high viscosity. *Compatible with both continuous and batch methods. We respond to diverse needs with experience and proven results. ● Cleanability All welded parts of stainless steel can be electropolished, improving the cleanability of the vessel interior. ● Excellent Maintainability The top cover can be opened and closed smoothly, making maintenance inside the tank easy.
basic information
Principle of Defoaming Action STEP 1: The processing liquid introduced into the vessel under vacuum through the inlet is sent to the center of the lower rotor, where it is thinned into a film and defoamed due to centrifugal force. STEP 2: The processing liquid is further subdivided by passing through the punching plate of the lower rotor, and then through the screen of the upper rotor, enhancing the defoaming effect. STEP 3: The processing liquid that passes through the screen collides with the inner wall of the vessel, increasing the crushing effect, and by flowing in a thin film on the inner wall of the vessel, fine bubbles are completely defoamed.
