Microreactor ULREA SS-11

ULREA is a forced thin-film microreactor, a reaction device based on a new principle that utilizes the microchannel formation technology we have independently developed.

ULREA is a reactor that uses a forced thin film (microchannel) formed between a rotating disk and a fixed disk as the reaction field. It can be applied to all chemical reactions, including crystallization and reduction reactions. Particle size can be easily controlled from single nanoparticles to microparticles. 【Features】 ○ Reaction channel width: 1–30 μm ○ Clogging (crystals, bubbles): Self-draining capability, no blockage ○ Leakage: Low pressure loss ○ Reaction time control: Freely controllable based on reaction conditions and equipment operating conditions ○ Scale-up: Easily adaptable for mass production ○ Energy cost: Low energy required for production
