We have been regularly proposing custom processing products and new materials to the materials manager of our client. When we suggested A&D products as materials deemed necessary for the equipment, we learned that they were struggling with delivery issues related to their current overseas manufacturer and were uncertain about how to proceed with the next project. Before presenting a quotation to the client, we discovered during discussions with A&D that there were no delivery specifications or construction manuals. To prevent any difficulties for the design team, we created the specifications and construction manual while continuing our discussions with A&D. We compiled everything into a single file and submitted it to the design team, successfully facilitating a smooth replacement.
