The "MGZ120" is a vacuum replacement type glove box that can achieve a reduced pressure exhaust of 13.3 Pa (0.1 Torr) in both the main chamber and the auxiliary chamber, allowing for rapid inert gas replacement. Even when conducting tests in an inert gas atmosphere in the main chamber, it is possible to handle the input and output of materials such as feed in the auxiliary chamber without changing the atmosphere.
