The "MGW120" is a glove box that uses either inert gas purging and sealing or evacuates while purging and replacing with inert gas using a vacuum pump in the main chamber. The secondary chamber can achieve a reduced pressure of 13.3 Pa (0.1 Torr), allowing for quick inert gas replacement. The main chamber is equipped with a push nozzle for efficient atmospheric replacement. Both the main chamber and the auxiliary chamber are designed for inert gas purge replacement under normal pressure, with the auxiliary chamber also capable of forced vacuum exhaust. The large observation window significantly improves operability, and the adoption of a push-pull nozzle allows for efficient replacement. The main body material is polished SUS304. The corner R welding results in a reduced pressure exhaust of 13.3 Pa for the auxiliary chamber.
