The "MGW90" is an atmosphere replacement type glove box that allows for purging and replacement in the main chamber, and vacuum replacement in the secondary chamber, used for handling materials to prevent degradation or oxidation. basic information
Both the main chamber and the auxiliary chamber are designed for inert gas purging and replacement under normal pressure, with the auxiliary chamber also capable of forced vacuum exhaust. The large observation window significantly improves operability, and the adoption of a push-pull nozzle allows for efficient replacement. The main body is made of polished SUS304 material. The corners are welded with R corners, and the vacuum exhaust pressure for the auxiliary chamber is 13.3 Pa.
