The "MGZ Series" is used for handling materials to prevent deterioration or oxidation by replacing the vacuum with inert gas up to atmospheric pressure in both the main chamber and the sub-chamber. The lineup includes the "MGZ-120 model" and "MGZ-90 model," which allow for inert gas replacement in a short time.
