AIMsight is an infrared microscope equipped with a comprehensive set of features to support analytical tasks. It enables high-sensitivity ATR measurements with an ATR objective lens (Ge prism). By increasing the infrared incident angle, it can obtain good ATR spectra without distortion even when measuring high-refractive-index samples such as black rubber.
