Our company offers "nylon coating" for materials that can withstand residual heat of 300°C, including iron, stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, brass, ceramics, and glass. Nylon 12 has a lower density among polyamides, a melting point of 176°C, and a specific gravity of 1.02. Compared to nylon 6 and nylon 66, it has lower water absorption and excellent dimensional stability. It also excels in weather resistance, particularly in its properties at low temperatures, which is a significant difference from other nylons.
