Nylon Coating for Piping Support Fittings for Ocean Development
We prevent corrosion in salt damage environments and support the long-term stable operation of piping support fittings.
In the field of ocean development, it is extremely important to implement corrosion prevention measures for metal components, as they are constantly exposed to harsh salt damage and humidity. If support brackets corrode and lose strength, it could lead to serious accidents such as the detachment of piping or cables. Our nylon coating technology offers excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, contributing to the maintenance of equipment in harsh environments. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Support brackets for piping in coastal and offshore facilities - Cable fixation in environments where salt-laden splashes occur - Support parts for outdoor piping with a risk of detachment due to corrosion 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Suppresses metal corrosion caused by salt damage, achieving longer equipment lifespan - Reduces the risk of accidents such as cable detachment, supporting safe operations - Lowers maintenance management costs by reducing maintenance frequency
