Nylon Coating for Piping Support Fittings for Chemical Plants
Corrosion protection measures for piping support fittings in corrosive environments. Introduction of nylon coating technology.
In chemical plants, it is essential to minimize the impact of chemicals and corrosive gases on equipment to ensure long-term safety. Particularly, when the supporting brackets for piping corrode, there is a risk of piping detachment and serious accidents, making the selection of materials with high corrosion resistance crucial. Our nylon coating technology can be utilized to protect supporting brackets even in harsh environments, maintaining the reliability of the products. 【Application Scenarios】 - Piping support brackets in plants handling chemicals - Cable support saddles in corrosive atmospheres - Plant equipment adjacent to outdoor or salt-damaged areas 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Provision of excellent corrosion resistance through nylon coating - Suppression of deterioration of brackets due to corrosion, maintaining safety - Contribution to long-term reduction of maintenance costs
