"Cold forging" is a forging method that offers good material yield and is expected to improve material strength. It allows for high-speed mass production, with a processing time of 0.5 seconds per small diameter to 1.5 seconds per large diameter. Additionally, it features higher dimensional accuracy compared to hot and warm forging. At our company, we produce over 60% of our products using cold forging with hard materials such as stainless steel (SUS430, SUSXM7, etc.). We handle process design, mold design, and manufacturing in-house, enabling flexible design by internalizing forging technology.
