Introduction of case studies: Airflow pulverizer and fine grinder 'New Micro Cyclomatt'
We will introduce a case study of the New Micro Cyclomat, a crusher that causes raw materials to self-destruct through high-frequency vibrations induced by pressure fluctuations from high-speed airflow.
- Customer's challenges and requests before implementation: They were grinding buckwheat with an existing crusher but were unable to achieve a satisfactory particle size and were investigating other fine grinding machines. - Proposed machine in response to the request: We proposed a fluidized bed jet mill with a proven track record in rice flour production. Testing was conducted using our test machine, and the ground buckwheat flour was taken back for processing evaluation. - Specifications of the machine: Fluidized bed jet mill, model MCM-15, grinding section made of SUS304, 30 kW 4P. - Customer feedback after implementation: They were able to collect satisfactory fine powder. The grinding machine from another company was repurposed for the recovery process of larger particle size products.

It consists of a pair of high-speed rotating bodies supported by upper and lower axes, a casing lined with a special shape, a raw material feeder, and a bed. Additionally, it includes a lower fan that supplies a large amount of air to the grinding chamber from below, a rotor that generates countless high-speed air vortices, and an upper fan that discharges the ground material outside.
