The unique cone-shaped impeller creates a venturi effect that promotes liquid flow throughout the container, allowing for efficient and uniform stirring at low shear. The patented Crack impeller can dissolve powders like a dissolver at high shear and can also be used as a pre-emulsifier while stirring the entire container. The VISCO JET stirrer operates at a peripheral speed of 1.3 to 3.5 m/sec, which is very low compared to conventional stirrers, preventing the formation of vortex flow and air entrapment, allowing for energy-efficient stirring.
