Mix micron-sized powders with media such as water, oil, alcohol, and solvents to create a slurry, then grind and disperse it to the nanoscale. Improve the smooth texture of foods like chocolate. Enhance absorption, reactivity, and solubility. Grind pharmaceutical raw materials to the nanoscale to improve absorption, reactivity, and solubility. Disperse and clarify sunscreen (sunblock) raw materials. Homogeneously disperse high-viscosity slurries such as insulating paints (solder resist). Crush cells like yeast and algae to extract useful components. Process raw materials with concentrations and viscosities that are not feasible with conventional low-viscosity slurry bead mills.

1. High Viscosity Slurry Compatibility It can handle high viscosity slurries of 30-60 Pa·s, which conventional mills cannot process. The short flow path for the slurry and the smooth structure of the rotor and stator allow for reduced viscous resistance from high viscosity slurries. 2. High Concentration Slurry Compatibility It excels in the dispersion and grinding of high concentration slurries, significantly reducing processing time. The time to reach the desired particle size is short, resulting in high production capacity. 3. Large Cooling Capacity By directly cooling the outer circumference and rotor, it can adequately handle heat-sensitive materials due to its significant heat dissipation effect. 4. Easy Disassembly and Cleaning The rotor and screen in the grinding chamber can be easily disassembled and cleaned by removing just one bolt. 5. Wear Resistance Measures For stainless steel (SUS), a special coating is applied for wear resistance. Ceramic materials further enhance wear resistance. It can also process slurries that are sensitive to contamination or have strict color requirements. 6. Bead Insertion and Discharge Beads can be inserted by self-weight drop, and nearly all beads can be discharged during the discharge process. There is no need for cumbersome tasks during insertion and discharge. [Bead discharge is as simple as removing a plug!]
