An automatic contact angle and absorption characteristic testing machine that analyzes the interactions between a few microliters of droplet liquid and the sample surface, which change over a short period of time.
Measured contact angle (wetting characteristics), droplet volume (absorption characteristics), and droplet base diameter (spreading) through image analysis using a CCD camera in relation to time changes.
