Piezoelectric single crystal --- PMN-PT
Manufacturing is possible up to 30 mm x 20 mm.
Advantages: No need for polarization processing, does not depend on the polarity of the electric field, essentially no hysteresis in strain, minimal time-dependent changes in strain. Other than PMN-PT, the following single crystals can be produced: lead magnesium niobate / lead titanate (PMN-PT), lithium niobate (LiNbO3), lithium niobate / Fe (special orders), lithium niobate / MgO (special orders), lithium tetraborate (Li2B4O7), synthetic quartz.
