Crusher Turbo Mill
Without a built-in screen, the structure is simple and robust, resulting in almost no failures and allowing for semi-permanent use.
This is a dry ultrafine grinding machine that not only utilizes simple crushing actions such as impact and shear but also achieves the desired particle size through high-speed rotating impacts, the ultra-high-speed vortices generated behind them, and high-frequency pressure vibrations. Brittle materials can be crushed down to particles of a few microns, and it is also capable of grinding viscoelastic materials and thermoplastic resins that are sensitive to heat. Compared to jet mill grinding methods, it is not only more energy-efficient (with lower power consumption) but also reduces the generation of ultrafine powders and achieves a sharp particle size distribution. Depending on the application and grinding particle size, it is available in a diverse lineup including standard types, M type, E type (ES, EL, EX), and R type (RL, RS, RSS).
