Crushing machine and granulating machine - Roll granulator

Freely adjustable particle size! A crusher and granulator that accommodates everything from pharmaceuticals to food products.

The crushing method involves pressing the raw material in the center as if bridging it to break it apart. The raw material introduced is crushed with cracks as the peaks on the surfaces of two rotating rolls serve as the points of force. The crushed material then moves to the next roll, where it is progressively refined into smaller particles. The target particle size can be freely adjusted based on the width of the roll peaks, the number of roll stages, and the gap between the rolls. Compared to conventional crushing methods, this method offers superior crushing efficiency and reproducibility, significantly reducing running costs.

basic information

◆Exhibition Participation◆ ◇Powder Technology Exhibition Osaka 2011 (October 19-21 @ Intex Osaka) ◇POWTEX 2011 (October 11-13 @ Nuremberg, Germany) 【Features】 - The crushing process minimizes over-crushing, resulting in a sharp particle size distribution with minimal fine powder. - There is no contact between the roll teeth, and the contact between the raw material and the rolls is momentary, resulting in almost no static electricity generation. - Even during continuous operation, the roll surface never retains heat, and there is no wear. - Compared to conventional grinders (hammer, stone mill, oscillator), it offers an outstandingly sharp particle size distribution. - Compared to wet granulation methods, intermediate processes such as wetting, mixing, and drying are eliminated, allowing effective granulation to be performed continuously with a single machine. - Compared to other dry granulators, the installation area and height per processing capacity are significantly smaller.
