It can measure the sheet resistance of conductive films deposited on plastic films, glass substrates, paper, etc., facilitating quality control and process management of products. It supports measurements under normal pressure and vacuum conditions, and can also be installed in existing film deposition equipment such as roll coaters. The device can accommodate 1 to 99 measurement channels, making it suitable for applications ranging from R&D to mass production.
