By using unique patented technology, it achieves high precision (up to +/-0.001aw), high resolution (+/-0.0001aw), and high reproducibility (+/-0.0003aw) in approximately 5 to 20 minutes. The measurement range is 0.8 to 1.0aw, making it particularly suitable for meat processing processes. It also allows for highly accurate temperature measurement and relative humidity measurement (optional). We also offer models that support other measurement ranges and simpler measuring devices.
