- Tilting and rotating the sealed drum causes convection throughout, ensuring uniform mixing in every corner of the can. - Before using the raw materials, the contents can be easily homogenized while still in the drum. - The drum's set position is low, making it easy to attach and detach (using a dedicated attachment and detachment machine). - Work time is limited by using a timer (continuous operation is also possible). - Standardization of processes is possible by fixing rotation speed and operation time, leading to stable quality. - Suitable for explosion-proof areas (no electricity used). - Equipped with a door limit switch, allowing for immediate stop with brakes if the door is opened during operation. - Air-driven/control system developed in-house. - Compared to air motor types, the air consumption is overwhelmingly lower: utility - compressed air (0.5 to 0.6 MPa) consumption is approximately 520 L/min (at maximum rotation). - Maximum rotation exceeds 30 rpm (adjustable via speed controller) *may vary depending on specifications and usage environment. - The operating noise is surprisingly quiet!
