The joints have high strength due to the welding, and because they are conductive, wire cutting processing is possible. Even with complex shapes, we can achieve high-precision finishes of approximately ±0.25mm without burrs. Additionally, we can accommodate bending processes into R shapes or ring shapes. Since we use heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, they can be used in combustion areas and high-temperature sections, and we have many successful implementations in the aerospace and thermal power generation industries, particularly in jet engines and gas turbines.
