The processed product is our smallest size honeycomb ring, manufactured with an inner diameter target of approximately φ30 to 35. 【Specifications】 〇φ30, cell size 1.6mm, height 4.5mm, width 9mm 〇φ35, cell size 0.8mm, height 3mm, width 20mm Our company manufactures "honeycomb material" that is lightweight yet possesses excellent strength. The strength of the joints is high due to spot welding (resistance welding) of heat-resistant materials, and it is conductive, allowing for wire cutting processing. We can achieve high-precision finishing of approximately ±0.25mm without burrs, even for complex shapes. Additionally, we can accommodate bending processes for R shapes and ring shapes.
