The "Polipen Kotafrod" is a round rod fixed with MC nylon and steel using a unique high-frequency fusion method. The core part utilizes the characteristics of steel for keyway machining and bearing assembly, while the outer part takes advantage of the self-lubricating properties and wear resistance of MC nylon for gears, rollers, etc. It is possible to select core materials (FC250, S25C, SUS303) according to the application. It is suitable for applications such as wheels, rollers, and gears.
