Introducing a case where control parameters were reduced by half! Achieving precise humidity control through a unique two-temperature, two-pressure method.
We would like to introduce a case study of our precision humidity control generation device. The conventional split-flow method controls two parameters: flow rate and temperature, making it difficult to strictly control the absolute amount of water vapor generated. Additionally, there are challenges in manufacturing "humidity control devices" that require delicate control for aspects such as "humidity distribution," "condensation prevention," and "producing gas with an accurate dew point." To address this, we introduced our device that employs a unique dual-temperature dual-pressure method. By consolidating the parameters into one, we can achieve precise control over the absolute amount of water vapor generated. This has enabled the production of devices that maintain 95% humidity at 90°C, realizing precise and stable dew point generation and temperature-humidity settings.
